How to Return an Item
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return your purchase within 2 days from the date of delivery. Please make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all labels and packaging.
2. Starting the Return Process
To initiate a return, simply email us at naccoproducts@gmail.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number is required to process your return.
3. Sending Back Your Item
Once you receive your RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to:

Don’t worry — we’ll either cover the return shipping cost or reimburse you for it.
4. Processing Refunds or Exchanges
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s done.
Damaged or Defective Items?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away. Once we inspect and approve the issue, we’ll send a replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
